The only advice I'd offer any Flash artist who is struggling would be to keep at it. Spend lots of time learning the ins and out of the program. I went almost 2 years without submitting anything at all because I was practicing my skills offline. Of course, this movie in particular is a bad example as there's hardly any animation at all. ;)
